Preamble

The site is the property of IDNESS whose headquarters is located at 13 avenue Weber, 93500 PANTIN, France, in its entirety, together with the rights y related. Any reproduction, integral or partial, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, the type site hypertext links are permitted without specific demands.

 

1. acceptance of the conditions

The customer admits having taken knowledge, at the time of order, special conditions of sale set out on this page and expressly declares to accept them without reserve.
The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between IDNESS and its client, the two parties accepting them without reserve. These general conditions of sale will prevail on all other conditions contained in any other document, unless express, prior and written.

 

2 products

The products are offered for sale until the stock is exhausted. For the product is not in stock in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. When ordering a product unavailable, the client will be informed through its customer account available on the website and/or by email as soon as possible.

 

3 commands

If the customer wants to order, it will have to first identify. To this end, it will fill, according to the indications provided online, a form developed to where it will provide the information necessary for his identification and in particular its name, first name, telephone number, postal and e-mail address and address billing and delivery. All information is presented to the client in the French language.
The customer having chosen presented products, will definitively validate his order by clicking the button "Confirm order" to demonstrate its commitment and its acceptance of the General Conditions of sale. The data recorded by the IDNESS constitute evidence of nature, the content and the date of the order.
No unilateral cancellation of order will be accepted without the agreement of the company IDNESS. Beware if you have changed your mind, you can return the article within 7 days following the date of delivery. We will refund you as soon as we have received the returned item in the requirements. The shipping costs incurred to return (s) article (s) will be your responsibility.
IDNESS reserves the right to refuse or not to reimburse returned articles when the product packaging has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the client.

 

4 mode of delivery

The delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during the passage of his order. It will be conducted by Chronopost, TNT, GLS or GLS depending on your choice. It can only intervene once the order validated by the customer and the payment in its entirety. Possibly relevant bank payment centres will have therefore agreed in advance of payment. In case of refusal of such centres, the order will be automatically cancelled. In addition, the company IDNESS reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom a litigation exists.

Delivery address: the client agrees to an address in its command to which delivery can be made during business hours.

 

5 delivery times

After preparation by the logistic service, the command is delivered within 24 working hours by Colissimo, Chronopost and TNT carrier and in a period of 48 to 72 h by the carrier. These deadlines agreed days out problem routing and according to the availability of the products.
Under no circumstances, delivery delays due to failures of products cannot give rise to compensation or damages. In the case of out of stock, the lead time is approximately 1 week. Delivery will begin from the date of delivery of the parcel to the carrier.

IDNESS does in no way responsible for the non compliance with delivery times announced by the carrier himself. The price is expressed in euros all taxes included, packing costs and specific tax included. The price indicated on the specification sheets does not include freight charges that are calculated according to the weight of the order. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final, expressed price inclusive of all taxes. This price includes the price of products, handling costs, packaging and storage of products, the transportation costs.
IDNESS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. Products will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation by the payment of each order.
IDNESS cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any computer bug amending unbeknownst to her the price of one or several articles and/or the command. 7 claims and returns

By signing the delivery note, the client accepts the products delivered in the State and therefore no claim for damage done during transport will not be accepted. As part of a missing product, the customer must send to IDNESS the declaration on honour available on our website. The customer should check upon delivery the good condition of the package and, in case of damage or missing product, specify its reservations on the delivery. Any return of goods requires the prior agreement of the company IDNESS. Failing agreement, all returned merchandise will be held at the disposal of the customer at its own expense, risk and peril, all costs of transport, storage, handling is the responsibility of the customer. In all cases, the return of the goods occurs at the expense and risk of the customer.

The consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalties, with the exception, if any, expenses of return. The above-mentioned period shall run from the receipt of the product.

-A product was broken during transport, if the insurance was purchased, then IDNESS undertakes to compensate you by sending you either a credit or a refund of the value of the product, no return will not be considered.

-In the same case but if IDNESS insurance was not purchased, then the customer may not claim any compensation, nor have, no refund.

 

9 billing

The client can view its bills to its client area.

 

10. mode of regulation

Settlement of an order may be made:

11. loss or theft of the package

In case of loss or theft of the package due to an issue with the chosen carrier at the time of the passage of the order by the customer, it is imperative to notify IDNESS within a reasonable time. To report the loss or theft of the parcel the customer must contact by e-mail or a declaration on the honour of the non reception of the parcel.
An investigation will be then opened by IDNESS with the carrier. IDNESS will put at the disposal of the client all information pertaining to the investigation. The time is minimum 3 weeks to elucidate the loss or theft of a package. If the loss is real, after results of the investigation with the carrier, IDNESS will either a second delivery, or a refund by having or cheque; subject to compensation on the part of the carrier.

 

12. applicable law

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In case of dispute, the french courts will be only qualified.

 

13. personal, personal or private information CNIL

Personal information
